White Glove Delivery

Available in Los Angeles and Orange County for select products.

  • A two-person crew
  • In-room delivery of your choice
  • Thoughtful placement and care for your space

Scheduling depends on your location and product. Additional fees may apply for stairs, access, or special handling.

Standard

Standard Delivery

For eligible orders outside our White Glove region.

  • Trees and planters securely packaged and shipped directly to you
  • Pot and plant arrive separately for safer transport
  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 20 miles of our LA and OC studios for select items.

  • Enter your address at checkout to see if local delivery is available
  • If the option does not appear, your address or product is not eligible
  • You'll receive an email with real-time tracking once your delivery is scheduled

Order Processing

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. You'll receive a confirmation email and tracking info as soon as it ships.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

Returns & Damages

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued minus shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, email onlineorders@theplantdaddies.com with your order number and photos.
