Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks
The undersigned acknowledges that excavation, specimen removal, and plant relocation work involves inherent risks to the surrounding property. The Plant Daddies LLC and its crew will perform all work in good faith and with reasonable professional care. However, the following conditions may occur as a natural consequence of the work and are not the liability of The Plant Daddies LLC:
The Plant Daddies LLC will not be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed underground infrastructure, or the natural decline of specimens not included in the scope of work. Property owners are responsible for notifying the crew of any known hazards, utilities, or sensitive adjacent plantings prior to the start of work.
Authorization
By signing below, I confirm that I am the property owner or an authorized representative with authority to grant access to this property. I grant The Plant Daddies LLC permission to enter the property, operate equipment, and perform the work described above. I have read and understood the risks outlined in this document.
