Madagascar Elephant Tree (Operculicarya decaryi) + Lava Stone Planter

Operculicarya decaryi + Lava Rock Planter

A wonderfully windswept specimen — this Operculicarya decaryi (Madagascar Elephant Tree) has a slender, twisting trunk that leans dramatically to one side, sending out fine, horizontal branching draped in tiny leaves for an aged, wind-shaped silhouette. Rooted into a rugged lava rock planter, the raw stone base echoes the plant's rocky, exposed roots for a piece that reads as both sculpture and specimen.
